Extra Person Fee

Having a spouse or friend come along, but not riding, is allowed on the Tour de Wyoming. There are safety rules if they follow the Tour and provide personal support (not using Tour rest stop areas, to mention one rule) and vehicles must park in designated areas at some locations. Also any generators must be turned off at night. Since we pay for use of all overnight facilities, there is an Extra Person Fee to stay at our overnight destinations. If the extra person does not join us at the overnight locations (staying in a motel or elsewhere), there is no fee – except the meal plan if joining us for those.

Extra Person Fee: $50

Additional meal plans can be purchased.

With the fee, non-riders can utilize all overnight facilities.

Optional Clothing Extras

  • Commemorative Jersey – $78

Our jerseys are made in the USA by Voler and are their Peloton style. Jerseys come in both a race or club cut and all have a full hidden locking zipper. Women’s cut lacks the elastic at the bottom hem and on the sleeves.

RV Camping in Dubois

The Tour is staying at the KOA in Dubois, near the heart of the downtown. We are occupying nearly all of the campground, but have to pay for each and every slot and tent. Those in RVs or other type of vehicle that is used for sleeping must be in an RV slot. There is no open parking at the facility. Even those in cars must be in a slot. We will provide that at no charge for volunteers only. When you register, if you need an RV slot (all have electric) you must sign up and pay for it at the time you register. You will have an assigned slot, rather than first come, first dibs. We subtract the cost of tenting from the slot fee, for a total of $175 per slot for the two nights. Feel free to secure other accommodations if you prefer. There are other RV facilities available if you opt to find your own location.
